Born and raised in Germany, Alexa began her career at the Koblenzer Jugendtheater. After studying classical ballet in Nuremberg and London, she became a member of the London Swing Dance Society and toured the UK, performing and teaching.

In 2001, Alexa moved to NYC and completed a 3-year program in acting and singing at the HB Studio.

Alexa has been performing in off Broadway shows, independent films, commercial work and she presented her own cabaret act at The Duplex, NYC. She also performs with a german Polka-Rock band called the JaJaJa's on a regular basis.
